The general coordination of the programmes is conducted from our headquarters (HQ) in Amsterdam. HQ is home to specialists, who support the field teams with policy development and logistics. Headquarters also manages communication and fundraising and further takes care of supporting and organizational processes such as finance, ICT, HR, facilities and donation administration.
