War Child Holland’s office in Colombia was settled down in 2005. Since that time, War Child Holland opened several calls for proposals and established partnerships with local organizations. Including youth organizations, which share the same goal of providing child protection and psychosocial support to children and youth in conflict areas while using creative methods.

War Child supports (financially and technically) 7 local NGO´s that are dedicated to the improvement of child protection and psychosocial well-being of children and youth affected by the internal conflict in Colombia. Primarily in the following regions: Bogotá D.C., Putumayo, Risaralda, Cauca, Norte de Santander, Valle del Cauca, Arauca, Meta, Chocó, Bolívar, Sucre, Atlántico.
