Meet Rozy (20)

Rozy fled Syria many years ago. Yet, her memories of war stuck with her. Today she's using her experiences to help others as one of our local youth ambassadors...

"I grew up in war. I made it. But there are many other children who need your help."

What we do

Active in Sweden since 2016, we primarily work on fundraising for our international programmes together with a vibrant network of partners. In Sweden itself, we collaborate with refugee and displaced youth to enhance their wellbeing. Our psychosocial support programme focuses on the inclusion of communities who would otherwise be excluded.

For children to recover from war, their fundamental rights must be upheld - including the right to a healthy mind. We engage with key mental health networks, governments and policymakers across Sweden as well as civil society to ensure this reflects reality.

Our empowerment work in Lebanon and Uganda sees local people trained to provide vital psychosocial support in the immediate aftermath of crisis.

  • Framtidshoppet

    Multiple Locations in Sweden
