Gaining work experience while you contribute to a better future for children and young people affected by armed conflict. That is possible at War Child. War Child offers six to ten-month internships under professional guidance. Interns work a minimum of four days a week, functioning as a true part of the staff. In our relatively small organisation, you will be in contact with the field on a regular basis via social networks, e-mail and phone, regular presentations and the weekly meeting for all colleagues in Amsterdam - the Tam Tam.

Internships in the field
In our project countries, War Child works as much as possible with national interns. They walk the walk and talk the talk. They know the habits, norms and values. Having national interns creates project ownership and sustainability.
