Girls Education in South Sudan

This project aims to mobilise communities to help transform the opportunities of a generation of children - in particular girls - through education.

The project promotes education schemes for girls in Eastern Equatoria state. These schemes include training in child rights and life-skills activities, as well as courses in participatory video. Training and related activities for teachers and parents are also an integral part of the project, with the aim of changing the attitudes and behaviour that prevent girls from attending school.
