Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this Call for Expression of interest (EOI) is to create a framework register of suppliers for delivery of 4X4 off-road vehicles intended to be used in War Child field countries, where climatic and physical conditions are extreme.
War Child will place selected suppliers on a short list of Preferred suppliers to whom a Request for Quotation will be sent whenever a need arises, detailing the actual need and specifications.
The Framework Agreement (FWA) will define commercial conditions between War Child and the supplier, applicable to the purchase of 4x4 off-road vehicles for a period of 12 months with an option to extend up to 24 months, subject to satisfactory performance of supplier and availability of funding.
War Child operates with low-cost aim, and pricing is therefore a key component in our bid evaluation process.
The service provider must possess the in-depth and quality of resources necessary to provide the required product.
In order to participate in this prequalification, the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a registered company;
- Be a certified dealer of the brand offered;
- Compliance with the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct (copy available online: https://www.un.org/Depts/ptd/about-us/un-supplier-code-conduct ) ;
